I have been an agent in The Woodlands area going on 16 years and with Remax The Woodlands & Spring going on 14 years. I started using Dana Richardson’s services in 1999 he is a great guy to do business with and has over the years gone beyond the call of duty to help out, and I’m thinking of a few years ago during the holidays he returned my phone call (he was out of town) but managed to down load my photos to HAR and my website!!! Need I say more?

We have used IREC now for over 10 years and we can say hands-down that they are the best. Not only do they produce a great product, they are reliable and always available for questions and concerns. We have been offered some services recently that are next to nothing and we would never use them as they are also next to nothing in quality compared to IREC. Dana and his team are fabulous to work with.
